WHAT CAN YOU DO TO HELP?

We are a non-profit 501(c)(3) tax-exempt
organization and survive solely on donations.  

Any amounts are very much appreciated.

MEMBERSHIP DUES

Individual Membership:  $16 Annually
Family Membership:  $25 Annually

Membership includes the following:

  • 24-hour access to the Dystonia Association of Kentucky (DAK) Website.
  • 24-hour access to the Yahoo! Online Support Group Bulletin Board
  • Access to the website's "The Coffee Shop" Chat Room - Open Every Wednesday from 8:00 P.M. - 9:00 P.M. (EST.)
  • Bi-Annual Newsletter, "DYST CONNECTED."
  • Support Group Meetings - The 4th Saturday of every month.
  • Volunteer Opportunities
  • Advocacy Opportunities
  • Up-to-date literature, resources, links, and treatments as well as
    workshops, seminars, and symposiums.
  • Email access to our Medical Advisor for any questions concerning
    dystonia.  (Members Only)
