When You Laugh                                                

  • Your heart rate and blood pressure are first temporarily increased, then they get distinctively lower.
  • It is proven that your immune system's defense cells increase and your resistance against diseases improves.
  • You use your full lung capacity, which significantly intensifies the exchange of oxygen and carbon dioxide gases.
  • Previously felt pain is reduced or even disappears.
  • You reduce at least four neuro-endocrine hormones associated with stress.
  • Both sides of your brain become stimulated, which enhances learning.
  • It is equivalent to "internal jogging."  According to a study at Stanford University, one minute of laughter is equal to 10 minutes on the rowing machine.
  • You are promoting muscle relaxation and conditioning to your cardiac, abdominal, facial and back muscles.
  • It can lower stress, dissolve anger and unite people in troubled times.
  • It allows you to look at problems from a different perspective.
  • It allows you to connect with other people, faster relationships, and makes you feel good!

Terri Sterling is the Director and coach of Inspiration. Terri has a masters in psychology,
13 years of experience, and creativity coach training.

  

Creativity Coaching

Creativity Coaching is available to help artist and creative souls to live a more fulfilled creative life. Creative people have distinct personality
traits including: they can see a situation from different perspectives and can successfully argue for each one; are able to put opposing ideas together; tend to change jobs every few years; and are easily bored. Creative people usually have an existential philosophy, which drives them to create and find meaning in their lives. Creativity Coaches help clients improve their self-esteem, become unblocked, increase their business skills, and help clients navigate through meaning crisis.

Empowerment Coaching

Empowerment Coaching is offered to physically disabled people who want to fill their dreams and increase their happiness. Clients learn what motivates them and how to create proactive goals, while learning to overcome the obstacles in their way that prevent them from fulfilling their dreams of success. Clients can learn to change negative thinking patterns into positive life affirming affirmations. Empowerment Coaching helps disabled people with their whole life and does not see them as being limited by their disability but sees them empower by
